How can I seal areas against water?

codex NC 210 is a 1-component, dispersion-cement sealer for structures exposed to water and damp prior to the installation of ceramic tiles and natural stone on interior and exterior walls and floors. It is also resistant to frost and can be used over electrical or warm water under floor heating systems. It is also suitable for swimming-pools and their surrounding areas (showers and saunas etc).

Apply a scratch coat of codex NC 210 onto the substrate, then apply more wet-in-wet with a 6 mm square-notch trowel to produce uniform ridges. Immediately (with a little more material) smooth out the ridges with a flat-edge trowel to form a fully sealed coat.
